Introduction

Feeling worried, lost and stuck? I get it. I’ve been there, too! That’s why I specialize in helping people push past what’s holding them back into a new path of clarity and inner peace. After just a few sessions, most clients report feeling a sense of relief and burdens lifted, making it easier for them to journey forward! I believe that everyone’s life experiences shape their perspectives and personality. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed practices, emphasizing the importance of viewing the client as a whole person and not just a diagnosis or list of symptoms. I use CBT, combined with mindfulness techniques to treat the whole individual. I integrate meditation and somatic movement into my sessions, promoting mindfulness and physical awareness as essential components of my holistic approach to mental health.
