My goal is to help my client's live more authentic, integrated lives — to feel like themselves, fully present and aligned, in whatever season of life they’re in. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My heart is to help people that find themselves in difficult life transitions including family changes and menopause. I also have a passion for working with people living with the effects of chronic pain and chronic illness. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach that integrates family systems, experiential and cognitive models and is solution focused. I acquired my master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Wisconsin at Superior. I’m currently supervised by Adam Gatzke who is a board certified LMFT supervisor and the owner of Healing Waters Counseling. I received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa. Additionally, I have worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years and spent 13 years in Bolivia, South America providing volunteer work in diverse environments through the healthcare field. I am also EMDR Trained.
