As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, I am committed to helping my clients achieve wellness in all areas of their life. I am passionate about working with individuals who are needing some assistance getting back on track to be the best version of themselves. I primarily work with teens, young adults, and adults. I received my education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In my practice, I strive to help my clients discover their personal strengths and work toward developing skills needed to cope and process stressful situations.
