Introduction

Thank you for visiting my bio! I strive to be genuine and authentic in all aspects of my work, including this introduction. As a therapist today, I proudly draw upon both the positive and negative experiences from my life journey because they enable me to relate better with what you may be going through. Despite working with many clients facing similar issues like breakups or postpartum adjustments, no two experiences are ever identical; however, my aim remains unchanged - helping each person regain confidence while discovering their true desires so that together we can create actionable plans towards achieving those goals. Do you suddenly feel as if you don’t know yourself or aren’t sure where to go next? Perhaps you expected to be happy about the change, but instead it’s left you scared and disappointed. These and other big transitions can become overwhelming, especially without the right support to work through the experience. The good news is that you can feel like yourself again, if not better than before. You can begin a new journey to discover what you really want and create a plan to get there. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR Therapist.I am also trained in a variety of areas. I incorporate mindfulness, mind-body awareness, and trauma focused techniques. Most importantly, I’m here to listen and accept you as you are while helping you move towards your goals. Healing, similar to any significant undertaking, may bring challenges, especially in the beginning. Yet, as you overcome these obstacles, a more resilient and empowered version of yourself will surface, ready to journey on a more fulfilling and meaningful path. What my clients have said: "I like your vibe I feel safe, seen, and heard working with you." "I want you to know that I believe not all therapists are created equally. I can tell you really care about your clients and I enjoy working with you." "I have noticed positive changes and feel more confident since working with you." "I feel hopeful and optimistic I can get through hard things."
