Introduction

With over 15 years of experience working with children and families, it brings me joy to support them as they learn about themselves, their strengths, and bloom into their best selves. In addition to children and families, I am a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist and am dedicated to offering support to those who have concerns related to: considering pregnancy, pregnancy, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, labor & delivery, postpartum mood concerns, and other stressors that come when baby arrives. My treatment focus aligns with my areas of expertise and passion which are helping the perinatal population, children, and families. We work together to form individualized treatment plans based on areas where you need support and growth. Counseling gives you an opportunity to verbally process what is causing you distress. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, feel empowered and reach your full potential. While I offer an individual and integrative approach to therapy, I use research-based techniques and strategies to help you move forward.
