Introduction

We are called to live a journey that will include very difficult challenges. We are also blessed with strength, courage and resilience to overcome these trials. Sometimes, we forget or don’t ever learn about the incredible strength that is within us. I believe the role of a counselor is to assist people during their trials and help them discover their own inner strength to heal, learn and grow. My best work tends to be with people struggling with life transitions, self worth, grief and/or anxiety. I have much knowledge & experience working with all Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders. I enjoy working with a variety of ages (10 and up). I have limited availability.
