Introduction

Hello and welcome to my website. After over 20 years of experience working with people in private practice, I know how difficult it can be to ask for help. I want to make getting that help as easy as possible. My areas of greatest training and expertise are in working with people around traumatic events or childhoods, helping couples improve their relationships, helping parents support their children, and working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I use a psychotherapeutic approach grounded in neurology and biology, one that teaches people WHY they don’t feel the way they want to and HOW to make the kinds of changes that will help them feel better and freer in their lives.
