I have a special interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. While I have a special interest in this population, I have worked in various settings such as: inpatient psychiatric hosptials, substance abuse facilities, crisis intervention and county jails.. I offer a collaborative approach with humor, compassion and empathy while also challenging you. It's hard to ask for help and here you are. You took the first step, congratulations! When working with clients my perspective is that you are the expert in yourself, even when you are feeling lost. We all have our own unique experiences. I vow to always view you as an individual.
