Introduction

I'm happy to explain a bit more about my specialities ahead of our first appointment. I'm extensively trained in trauma, skill building for anxiety and depression, OCD treatment, Bipolar or mood disorders as well as in parenting, attachment and more. I offer individual, family and couples therapy. I work with children, adolescents and adults offering a number of modalities to tailor to your specific needs, including DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy & EMDR. Additionally, I have supervisory experience serving as a clinical director to associate licensed therapists and offer private supervision. I am in person in Middletown, CT and telehealth is available! I'm licensed in CT, ME and interim telehealth in VT.
