Welcome! Everyone has a unique story and I believe that therapy is a safe place to come and explore that story. My therapeutic style includes facets of CBT , and incorporates a variety of techniques based on my client's individual needs, including mindfulness, strength- based approaches, and play-therapy. Using active conversation and encouragement, my collaborative, client-centered approach helps my clients to gain a sense of their own individuality and uniqueness. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling in 2013 from The Johns Hopkins University School of Education. I currently work with children (8+), adolescents and adults at all stages of their lives. With my support, I'd like to help create a safe, trusting environment where you can work on decreasing anxiety, increasing self-esteem, and feel more connected to yourself, others and your community.
