Introduction

I provide supportive empathy in a safe space for treatment that helps healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, and dependence that affects mood, self-worth, self-care, and relationships that perhaps negatively impact your daily life. I offer a therapeutic partnership with the intention of reducing suffering and recovery that balances Acceptance and Change. I have Advanced Practice DBT-Linehan Master Clinician training, and I have extensive experience gained from working in a hospital setting providing intensive outpatient treatment for high-risk behaviors including suicide ideation, self-harm, and substance use/dependence. I am dedicated to providing treatment with domestic violence, substance disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I integrate setting clear goals that are skill-based with an approach that is compassionate, non-judgmental, and includes gentle humor. My goal is to effect positive change, and reduce suffering.
