I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 yeras of experience in the field. I have many different experiences in the fiedl and I am training to work with substance misuse, dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, trauma and have special training around living with a chronic health condition. I infuse CBT, ACT, and DBT skills into my therapy sessions. I love being outdoors, reading and haning out with my dog in my free time.
