I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Indiana, I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Huntington University, and I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). I have over 5 years of experience helping clients with high anxiety, depression, childhood trauma (i.e. complex trauma), people pleasing tendencies and borderline personality disorder tendencies; find emotional regulation, emotional understanding, healing, and learn to set boundaries. Our first session will be an intake where we discuss what brought you to therapy and the areas you would like to see changes. Next, depending on your goals, we will work on distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and identifying/challenging anxious and intrusive thoughts, and more. If you are ready to start your healing journey and gain greater control over your life, click the link to my website and schedule an appointment with me.
