Are you overwhelmed and do not know where to go? Maybe you are here for yourself or maybe for your teen. Life can throw us some real curve balls that we need help sorting out. If you or your teen are having problems with gender identity, sexual orientation, problematic sexual behavior problems, pornography addiction or just anxiety or depression; you are at the the right place. I also complete psychosexual evaluations (not billed to insurance). There is hope. You or your teen can learn to express yourselves in positive ways, make good decisions, and be the happy and healthy. I use a client-centered and cognitive behavioral approach to tackle those tough issues you are dealing with. This is not cookie-cutter, one size fits all therapy. Together we will figure out what works for you or your child. We will build on the strengths and skills you already have. You have already made a huge step by coming here.
