My goal is to provide a space that encourages healing and growth in addition to moving my clients closer to their goals. I use evidence-based approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help my clients regain control of their lives and find inner peace.
