Introduction

I work with clients who may experience anxiety, depression, difficulty coping with intense emotions, substance use, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relational stressors. My goal is to provide a space that encourages healing and growth in addition to moving my clients closer to their goals. I use evidence-based approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help my clients regain control of their lives and find inner peace. I also enjoy incorporating and teaching mindfulness practices. I recognize that everyone is unique, and tailor my therapy sessions to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients.
