The process of going through therapy can feel daunting to many, and even just starting may feel like the hardest part. The good news is that you do not have to go through this process alone. I believe that the cornerstone of therapy is the relationship formed between clients and their therapist. An authentic therapeutic relationship is built upon being empathetic, genuine and present with clients. I value working collaboratively with clients to determine what goals they would like to work towards and how to work towards them. I work through a client-centered and cognitive-behavioral framework to help clients gain insight into themselves and learn new skills that can be applied through life’s many hardships and triumphs.
