Our clinical staff are caring and experienced. Each person brings their unique personality and talents into the session and will share their knowledge and skills to best serve you. We promote healthy life balance and our staff sometimes use the love of outdoors in sessions with people to add a change of pace or a new experience if needed. We are knowledgeable in evidence based techniques and will support you in finding a treatment that works best for you. The director, Hattie Carroll-Ratliff, is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has an Education Specialist degree (EdS) in community counseling with a specialization in developmental disabilities. She is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and can supervise other counselors. She has experience in schools, homes, hospitals, and outpatient settings. Throughout her career she has worked with people of all developmental levels, but has a passion for working with parents and people with neurological differences.
