Introduction

Taking those first steps toward getting help can be challenging and overwhelming. Since you are reading this, I want to congratulate you on overcoming that first (sometimes giant) hurdle in getting the help that you need. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, or just trying to find a balance to bring to your life, seeking help can be a daunting process. I provide a safe environment to navigate through some of life’s most complicated experiences in a way that is encouraging, supportive, and non-judgmental. My approach to counseling is collaborative in nature, created on a foundation of respect and understanding of your inner experiences, beliefs, and personal goals. As a therapist, I use principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to best fit the needs of my clients. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples facing a myriad of difficulties ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties.
