Introduction

Welcome to the next step on your healing journey! The therapeutic relationship is one of great trust, respect, and collaboration. I enjoy working with adolescents, and adults; guiding my clients on their journey to strengthen their self-esteem, improve their mood, grow in their relationships, and make positive life choices. Using mindfulness and strength-based strategies in a non-judgmental, supportive, and nurturing environment, clients gain insight and practice self-compassion in processing anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, family challenges, low mood, problems with self-confidence, and stress. With a renewed sense of self, clients can develop the space and energy to lead healthier, more meaningful lives. The therapeutic environment I create with my clients is one grounded in trust. My approach is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. The success of the therapeutic process with clients depends on the quality of the relationship I build with them. My ideal client is committed to growing more self-compassion and connection to themselves and others. I invite you to schedule a free consultation online or send me a message to discuss how to get started with therapy. I honor the work that is accomplished in this sacred space and look forward to partnering with you.
