Introduction

I am a clinical social worker/therapist who is trained for looking through the lens of an integrative perspective. For one’s struggles to be best understood, the confusion surrounding the person needs to be taken into consideration, hence allowing for a more positive, meaningful, and long lasting outcome. I work with your individualized complexity and uniqueness of your particular environment so that we can collaborate in defining, understanding, assessing, planning, and targeting the goals which are important for you to achieve during therapy with me. I am multi-lingual, having professional fluency in communicating in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. I work well with teenagers and adults from many different backgrounds and experiences.
