Introduction
Meaningful mental healthcare is more than just a pill. You want someone who will talk through your concerns, listen to your needs, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Alongside medication, I focus on patient education, therapy, and coaching. My practice specializes in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and transgender mental health. As someone with ADHD myself, I’m especially passionate about helping others who struggle with it. Before starting my own practice, I successfully treated hundreds of ADHD patients at a startup called Ahead. I completed my residency at San Francisco’s VA Medical Center where I focused on mental healthcare for transgender veterans. I was also a psychiatric nurse at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. I have a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post-Master’s Certificate from UCSF. I’m board certified as well as licensed to practice and prescribe in California. I’m currently “out-of-network” and don’t bill directly to any insurers. I hope to be “in-network” by 2023. If your insurance covers out-of-network providers, I can give you a “superbill” to submit for reimbursement. If you’re looking for a thoughtful and holistic provider, I would love to speak with you.
