Hi! Welcome. I imagine you are looking at my webpage because you are looking for something more in your life. You are wanting to understand more about yourself, others, and this life you are living. In therapy with me, you will find a place that you can process freely and in that processing find a path to living fully in your relationships. I have an eclectic approach, tailoring therapy to your needs and values. We will search for your true identity and grieve the parts that you have falsely believed because someone told you you were that way or you became that way to protect yourself because you knew no better way. I work with women, removing the beliefs that are no longer needed and living fully in who they were created to be. I work with teens in normalizing the adventure and the journey of making mistakes and discovering who they are. I work with children and their families, in learning to validate, listen, and help everyone grow in a way that they feel heard and understood. Therapy is about removing what is not needed and what is getting in the way of thriving. There will be tears. There will be laughter. There will be joy. There will be a genuine life to live.
