Introduction

Hello, I am Hannah and I have been a therapist in Oregon since 2017. I offer individual therapy for adults and occasionally teens (15+) from an emotion-focused, experiential, and process-oriented approach. My practice is about supporting you in listening to your body and emotions in a mindful way, fostering a deeper connection with yourself. I also offer group therapy: Adult ADHD Mindfulness group, Self-Compassion Group and Compassion and Boundary Setting groups to name a few. I specialize in helping clients move through difficult emotions, quiet inner criticism, and set compassionate yet assertive boundaries in their relationships. My approach is about more than just managing symptoms or changing your thoughts – it’s about fostering genuine, lasting change and empowering you to live a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values. If you’re ready to transform the way you relate to yourself and others, I’m here to support you on that journey. Contact: https://spruce.care/compassionatepresence
