Introduction

I am a licensed therapist (CMHC) providing individual, couples, and family therapy. Currently I am seeing clients virtually but will be available for in person sessions beginning June 2021. I am rooted in a somatic and emotion focused approach and my heart lies in gaining insight through experiential modalities. I believe in empowering my clients and fostering connection with the self, within families, and with the broader community. In addition to counseling services I am also a certified doula supporting mothers and families in Cache Valley navigate pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood. Beginning Summer 2021 I will be facilitating postpartum support groups in-person and online. I'm passionate about creating resources and fostering community for new parents who might be feeling alone, overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain, frustrated, or exhausted. If you would like to schedule a free consultation with me, please reach out by email or phone. I look forward to hearing from you.
