Are you finding it difficult to let yourself feel your emotions or experiencing negative thoughts? Do you feel like nobody gets you, or that there may be something wrong with you? Maybe you're feeling disconnected from yourself and others—and you’re tired of feeling this way. If you answered “yes,” “oh yeah, definitely,” “oh my goodness, that is me,” or anything in between, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and I can help. My name is Hannah, and I’d be honored to walk with you through this process—where we can talk about the hard things, together, in a judgment-free zone. In my practice, I promote a compassionate, open, and safe space where we can explore and be curious about the challenges life brings. I completely get it—this process can feel scary or even a little weird! But you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SHSU and have been in practice for five years. I use an integrative approach, drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and relational therapy. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a variety of concerns, including grief and loss, self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and multicultural issues. In therapy, we’ll have deep conversations, but we’ll also laugh together—because humor can be a powerful tool for healing. I invite you to be fully yourself here. Let’s talk about your favorite reality show or the best vacation you’ve ever taken, and how those moments have shaped you—and let’s talk about the hard stuff: the sadness, the stuck-ness, the pain that brought you to my office. Together, we’ll explore these challenges, identify your strengths, build resilience, and work toward the life you want to live.
