Personally… My passion for listening, and understanding others started when I was a teenager within the unconventional office that was my ‘88 Acura Integra, fondly dubbed the “Cone of Silence” by all who came seeking a listening ear and shoulder to lean on. Those experiences, coupled with becoming a wife and mother, drove me to earn a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University to reach those beyond my passenger seat.
