Hi, I’m Hannah Padilla, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, and adults navigating life’s most difficult moments. Are past traumas or current triggers making it difficult to be present, enjoy life or make meaningful connections? Do daily challenges leave you feeling submerged or disconnected? You do not have to navigate this alone. My goal is to aide individuals who are trying overcome life’s difficult moments. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment disorders, relationship and attachment issues, and a variety of other life challenges. I believe people have the capacity to change and overcome their struggles. I want to help get you there. I have over 5 years of experience in working with individuals who have experienced trauma or other heavy hardships in their lives. What makes my practice unique is my balance of warmth and gentle challenge. I provide a compassionate space while also encouraging growth, even when that means stepping into temporary discomfort to make lasting, meaningful change. My approach is grounded in empathy, support, encouragement and empowerment. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to best meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to help you move toward the life you want—one that feels rich, fulfilling, and meaningful. I’m deeply passionate about this work because I’ve always had a heart for helping others. Life can be incredibly hard—and even harder when it feels like you’re going through it alone. You don’t have to. I am here to walk with you through it.
