Welcome! I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, as well as a wife, mother, daughter, and sister. My passion is to help anyone feeling mentally unwell to grow to become the healthiest version of themselves. I am an East Texas native and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stephen F. Austin State University. My vast work experience includes treating patients across the lifespan in various fields of nursing. I saw the overwhelming need for mental health care in my own community, and felt called to help. During the Covid-19 crisis, I completed a Master’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. I have successfully been providing psychiatric services across East Texas since 2022. Motivational interviewing, supportive therapy and medication management are just a few of the interventions I utilize to have my patients thriving. I offer a Christian perspective and aim to provide affordable psychiatric services via in person and telehealth. It's time to take heart and take the next step for YOU!
