I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH 61147895) within the state of Washington. I earned a Master of Science in Counseling from Missouri State University and completed Master's level internships that focused on the treatment of adults with severe mental illness and adolescents in a school setting. I have experience working in eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, and smother my dog, Turtle, with love. My therapeutic approach is evidence based, and is designed to take what you already have within you and utilize it to help you. Your are unique and I value learning the way your experiences have shaped the person you are today.
