Hannah Hemming is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. Hannah has been practicing evidenced-based individual, group, and family therapy, as well as diagnostic assessment since 2016. Ms. Hemming is trained in and utilizes a variety of interventions to include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Behavior Management, Parent Management Training and Strengths-based approaches to treat an array of mental health conditions. Ms. Hemming has practiced in a variety of settings including, hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and primary care offices. Previously, Hannah was a behavioral health clinician at Children’s Hospital Colorado in the consultative division of the Pediatric Mental Health Institute and an integrated behavioral health clinician at Centura Health. Hannah has received training to work with kids and adolescents who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, emotion dysregulation, grief, loss & trauma. Hannah uses a compassionate & collaborative approach, incorporating her clients interests and social supports to promote change while making therapy enjoyable.
