Introduction

Do you feel like you or your child are struggling with the day-to-day that seems so easy for everyone else? Maybe your child is struggling to make friends, having difficulty at school, or withdrawing more than usual. Or perhaps as an adult, you're wrestling with feeling lost, overwhelmed, or just "different" from others and not sure why. You are struggling to understand how your brain works or why the past continues to feel heavy. If you’re seeking clinical answers or looking for help in navigating these experiences, I’m here to support you by providing individualized, comprehensive psychological assessments or psychotherapy. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are neurodiverse and struggling with trauma, depression, or anxiety. My approach is centered on meeting you where you are without judgment, helping you gain insight into your individual strengths and needs, and empowering you to move forward. Sessions with me are authentic and can even be fun. I’m passionate about creating a space where everyone, particularly neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQIA+ community, can feel heard, understood, and validated. Whatever brings you here, we’ll work together to make sure you have the tools and insights you need to live a fuller, healthier life. I would love to hear from you, so feel free to contact me!
