Introduction

Life can be full of beautiful things and at the same time be full of difficulties, pain and fear. Maybe you are struggling with relationships, family issues, grief, anxiety, or personal health among other experiences. Maybe you have fears or regrets of missed opportunities holding you back from your passions and joys? A safe space to explore your unique experiences and feelings may be the opportunity you’ve been seeking. My philosophy stems from a belief that our environments and the people in them shape who we are as individuals. I firmly believe that we are infinitely changeable and able to redefine ourselves. I invite you to connect with me so that we can journey together at your pace, in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space. I am a master’s-level Clinical Social Work Associate with the Oregon Board of Social Workers. I hold my Master's in both Public Health and Social Work with over 15 years of experience in public school education, case management and mental health services. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012 at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C. and with Jan Curnow, Private Practice. My cash-pay rate is $140 per 53 minutes for individuals. I am also able to bill select Oregon Health Plan CCOs and do offer a limited-availability sliding scale.
