Introduction

Hi, I’m Hannah. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I specialize in treating trauma in adults and teens. Wondering what therapy looks like? There is no one right answer. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, and we will work together to find the best approach for you. I offer EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sand tray techniques, art therapy techniques, and narrative therapy. My goal is to help individuals process the past in a safe and effective way, allowing them to create a healthy and hopeful future.
