Whether you are navigating your perinatal experience, juggling the responsibilities of parenthood, struggling with career decisions, or experiencing relationship challenges, therapy may help. Therapy can help you live more boldly, strengthen your sense of self, gain insight into your relationships, develop new coping skills, and cultivate joy. I work with a range of clients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or burnout. I am particularly passionate about providing perinatal mental health services and supporting women navigating motherhood, relationships, and personal identity postpartum. I am currently accepting new clients for in-person or online sessions. I offer telehealth services for individuals throughout California and in-person sessions for individuals in the Sacramento Area.
