I specialize in Trauma Therapies including revolutionary Brainspotting, Polyvagal, and Somatic Experiencing. Brain-centered approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Strengths-Based Therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and am trained in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy and MBSR.
