Introduction

Taking new clients. I have 5+ years of experience of working in mental and behavioral health. I started working at a residential facility for teens and have since then acquired training in outpatient settings and community mental health with all age groups and couples. I specialize in working with parents in the prenatal, pregnancy and postpartum phase of life. I treat individuals as well as couples, and am trained in EMDR, a trauma-informed approach. I also use the Gottmann method for couples. In therapy, I see individual competencies in every person and will help you find your strengths in collaboration and with guidance. I see you as capable of changing your story and offering non-judgment, compassion, and honesty in the process of healing. I enjoy helping individuals reach their full potential and encourage healing through a holistic perspective, incorporating coping skills with physical activity, nutrition, and mindfulness.
