Introduction

If you want someone to stand with you as you move through your therapeutic journey, my goal is to make therapy as welcoming as possible and that begins with developing a strong therapeutic relationship. I use various modalities such as TF-CBT, DBT, play therapy, and art therapy. We will work together to integrate these modalities in a way that makes you feel comfortable and helps you reach your therapeutic goals. My practice areas of focus are children and family, life stage transition and pre-marriage, bereavement, and spiritual questioning.
