Introduction

At Linden Tree Counseling & Consulting, we see children 10 years and older, adolescents, and adults of any age. I have an extensive expertise in treating trauma, whether acute and adult onset or developmental, and many of the conditions that accompany it: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral issues, dissociative disorder, personality disorder traits. I like to combine traditional talk therapy with expressive therapies, such as sandtray. I also use highly effective tools for reprocessing traumatic memories and painful, wounding events: EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
