Introduction

Hello, my name is Halston! I would like to welcome and congratulate you on taking the necessary steps to getting the care, attention and support you deserve! I personally know from previous experience that these first steps can sometimes feel the most difficult; but with encouragement, determination and perseverance, you will be revealed as the conqueror you already are! I work with adults (ages 18+) using a strength-based & person-centered approach to help you work through concerns related to Anxiety, Life Transitions, Depression, Grief/Loss, Stress and Crisis Management, Relationships, Religion or Spirituality & Trauma/PTSD. I may incorporate the following therapeutic styles into our sessions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems & Motivational Interviewing. Through therapy, I can assist you with getting to the root of your subconscious patterns of behavior, access a more positive & productive approach to change, & pursue your mental health goals/passions. My experience as a trauma-informed clinician has taught me that quality mental health care is essential, so I am passionate & proud to be able to offer this to you.
