Introduction

My name is Hallie. I graduated from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School in 2024, following my completion of a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern University in 2022. I was born in California, grew up in Indiana, and have planted roots in the beautiful state of Arizona. Mental health became a passion of mine in college when stigma surrounded my mental health as a college athlete. Since then, it has been a goal of mine to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and caring environment for those I am fortunate enough to share space with. Everyone deserves someone to listen to them with empathy and without judgment, and in this journey of life, I hope I can be that for you. Mental health deserves the same care and compassion as physical health, just because you cannot always see it does not make it not real. Always remember, this is something you experience, not who you are. I am so happy you’re here! It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and I cannot wait to meet you!
