Introduction

Through a holistic approach, I assist clients navigate life's challenges. I work with clients 10 to 65 years old supporting clients with a variety of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and grief. As an EMDR-trained clinician and see clients through a trauma-informed and attachment-informed lens. I specialize in helping clients discover the root cause of their symptoms. I provide compassionate mental health services to those in rural central Nebraska via in-person and Telehealth sessions. I understand that making that initial appointment is intimidating. I strive to make it the most comfortable and supportive experience for you as I can.
