Hi, I'm Haley. I am a board certified art therapist, licensed clinical counselor, and mom of three. I have 15 years of experience in treating children and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, grief, and trauma. I use a collaborative, person-centered approach with a focus on authenticity, hope, and personal empowerment. I specialize in art therapy, an evidence-based treatment that involves applied psychological theory, active art-making, creative process, and human experience to enrich the lives of individuals and families. I am also trained in dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, brain spotting, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I integrate one or more of these therapies to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
