Introduction

I am passionate about helping neurodivergent folks tackle a wide variety of issues, from anxiety to trauma to general life transitions, in a way that takes into account our unique lens on life. As someone who doubles as a CPA, I can also help you construct a life that meets in the middle between passion and practicality. I am also enthusiastic about working with queer and alternative (read: kinky/polyam/SW, etc.) folks on matters of identity, sexual exploration, and relational development. I like to start out with a gentle, client-focused approach to find out what tools have and have not been working for you. From there, we can do something structured, like EMDR, or perhaps something more exploratory, like working with your parts using an IFS framework. I'm excited to meet you already, so please don't hesitate to reach out. It is important for me to respond to all inquiries promptly and to offer everyone a free 15 minute consultation. I look forward to talking to you!
