Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming, relationships can be complicated, and sometimes, we get stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain clarity, and develop strategies to create meaningful change. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Sam Houston State University. I am a board-certified counselor and a Gottman Level 3 trained clinician, with special interests in sex therapy, trauma, and sleep. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach is practical, research-based, and collaborative—therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. I integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, and mindfulness-based practices to meet your unique needs. Whether you're looking for strategies to improve focus, heal from past wounds, explore intimacy concerns, or strengthen your relationships, we’ll work together to find what works best for you. I am a sex-positive therapist and an LGBTQ+ ally, committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where all identities, relationship structures, and experiences are respected. You don’t have to do this alone. If you're ready to take the first step, I’m here to help. Let’s connect and create the change you’re looking for.
