Introduction
Hi, my name is Haley, and I am passionate about working with individuals who are 13 and older as well as their families. My primary focus is complex medical conditions and invisible/visible disabilities which can often be accompanied by high levels of anxiety, sadness, grief, and trauma. My approach to counseling is one of compassionate curiosity as you are the expert on your own life. In counseling sessions, I draw upon a blend of techniques to externalize your present circumstances and highlight your strengths. We will work collaboratively towards creating new, empowering, values-based narratives that promote health and growth. I am excited about the possibility of working together and supporting you on your journey!
