Haleigh (she/her)-I have a passion working with youth and young adults, especially those that identify as LGBTQ+ so clients within these categories would be my ideal client. I have availability for clients ages 12 through 29. I want to help clients work through depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, gender dysphoria, identity confusion, and trauma to improve their lives. I incorporate coping skills in sessions to help clients succeed. I enjoy doing art or games with clients to help them feel more comfortable in session. I strongly believe having a therapeutic relationship can improve your life. I can provide EMDR and animal assisted therapy with my dogs. I can also write WPATH letters for gender affirming care. Natalya (she/her)-My passions in therapy are anxiety, depression, grief, sexual wellness care, and working with the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience working with teenagers and adults. I have been chasing this dream to help others who are struggling as I want to help others through their journey. Everyone's mental health journey can look different. I want to provide a non-judgemental space for my clients to reconnect, heal, and explore themselves. My experiences over the years have prepared me to customize approaches to each patient's needs. I use various interventions tailored to each client to offer a personalized approach that benefits their life. Jessica (she/they)-I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. My ideal client would be an LGBTQIA2S+ adolescent needing support with identity exploration and acceptance, however I have availability for clients ages 5 to 25. I want to support clients working through depression, anxiety, grief and loss, complex trauma, and gender dysphoria to promote their wellbeing. I believe in initially creating positive therapeutic rapport as a foundation to then improve lives. I plan to integrate DBT and CBT specific coping skills during sessions to help clients utilize their strengths and abilities to thrive. I enjoy using art projects and games with clients to provide comfort within the therapeutic space. I can provide DBT, CBT, and Narrative therapy from my framework of centering attachment and trauma history while supporting treatment goals my clients have set.
