Introduction

Hi there! I'm an ADHD, LGBTQ+ therapist specializing in neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am currently seeing clients via telehealth. I enjoy working with clients on issues related to ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD (including narcissistic abuse), PMDD, depression, and anxiety. I specialize in providing compassionate and effective treatment for individuals struggling with ADHD symptoms. I am also deeply committed to providing affirming and empowering care to members of the LGBTQ+ community. I take a client-centered, solution-focused approach that highlights strengths. I seek to work alongside you and encourage your growth as you pursue your therapeutic goals. My hope is that through therapy, you can form a deeper connection with yourself and your personal strengths in order to improve your quality of life and overall well-being. I know that every person has their own purpose for seeking therapy and that treatment isn’t “one size fits all.” I believe that all factors in human existence — personal, environmental, and cultural — play a role in treatment. I strive to see you through the lens of your own unique experiences and worldviews, and to tailor treatment to best fit your needs.
