Introduction

Hello! I have been in the social service field for over 10 years and practicing therapy since 2020. I have the most experience and enjoy working with teenagers navigating their self-identity, social issues, and preparing for their futures. I also have worked consistently with survivors of domestic violence and their children, which has exposed me to work with a variety of trauma issues. I enjoy diversity in my treatment and I am dedicated to working with each person as an individual. While I use many treatment modalities, Internal Family Systems, a modality that treats that mind as different parts that may be protecting you or conflicting with each other, is my most frequently used as I believe it makes other interventions more effective. My goal is to create a compassion-based setting where my clients can love all parts of themselves and build confidence and courage to go after their desires in life.
