I am not your stereotypical cardigan-wearing, quiet, fluffy therapist. We work as a team to identify what brings you here and how, if at all, we would like to change or expand this. My goal is to give understanding, education, and practical skills that help you process what brings you here now and how they can be applied in the future. I don’t have all the answers, but I do have skills and processes that can help you experience the change you’re looking for. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from William Jessup University and a master's degree in professional counseling with an emphasis on marriage and family from Grand Canyon University. I utilize a combination of treatment modalities as they best fit your needs, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed methods, experiential therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy. We’ll get creative by adapting tools to fit you. I am also the co-host of The Mental Cover Podcast (@thementalcover on Instagram), a First Responder spouse, and a mama.
