Introduction
Hailey has a strong desire to provide a safe and collaborative space, honors authenticity, freedom and flexibility. In return, she hopes that the client will leave their sessions feeling heard, seen, and empowered. She sees the importance in providing inclusivity and gives the opportunity to express and explore the spectrum of feelings. Hailey’s belief around connection comes from the power of vulnerability. She recognizes that every client’s pace, relationship, and expression with vulnerability might look different—and that’s okay! Hailey sees clients 16+ and specializes in working with clients who may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief, relational issues, identity exploration and understanding, and experience working with the LGBTQ+ community. She comes from a client-focused approach, providing a relaxed and warm environment. Hailey has training and experience in Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative therapy. Those who work with Hailey will get to explore their wants and needs that might have been silenced or ignored. Hailey recognizes the courage it takes to ask for help, to open doors for the first time. Just know, that you don’t have work through these hardships alone.
